Thank you for your interest in Sloan Outdoor Kitchens. We work hard to enable our customers with the resources to have a smooth and enjoyable buying experience.

Before purchasing any custom configurations of outdoor products, please consult one of our Customer Service representatives, your architect or general contractor to guarantee correct fit and finish.

When purchasing from Sloan Outdoor Kitchens, please refer to the following policies:

Shipping

All Sloan Outdoor Kitchens leave the factory in custom crates. Once your product arrives, it is important to open and thoroughly inspect the unit for any damages that could have occurred during shipping. Sloan Outdoor Kitchens has a dedicated Quality Control team that ensures all products that leave the factory are in perfect working and esthetic condition.

Most Sloan Outdoor Kitchens are shipped via LTL. When your product is delivered, please inspect the overall packaging and crating to ensure there is no obvious structural damage to the crate or package. If you are able to uncrate or unpackage the products before the carrier leaves, then please take time to inspect the products for any aesthetic or mechanical damages. You have 36 business hours to notify our factory of any shipping defects.

If you are receiving a package from a small carrier, like UPS or FedEx, then please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If you identify any defects, then you have 36 business hours from delivery to notify us at (877) 799-3199.

Cancellations

Our customers have the right to cancel any order, at any given time within 24 hours of the purchase. You must notify a Sloan Outdoor Kitchens customer service representative by calling (877) 799-3199 or by emailing info@sloanoutdoors.com.

Return Information

Since most products are built to order, we take returns very seriously at Sloan Outdoor Kitchens. It is important to make accurate note of the size of your outdoor space and order your products accordingly. Our friendly customer service center is open M-F 8:00am-5:00pm ET, to help ensure you order the right products to fit your space.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed on any non-custom returned or exchanged item from Sloan Outdoor Kitchens.

Return Condition

Products that have been used are not eligible for return. If your product is unused, then you have 30 days to return the product to our factory at:

All returned products must be in the original shipping crates or packaging from the factory. If the returned item is not shipped in the original factory crating, then the shipment will not be taken back into our factory and returned to sender.

Custom Orders

All custom orders, including custom carts and cabinets that are designed from our website are not eligible for return. All sales are final. Please ensure that you have consulted Sloan Outdoor Kitchens and/or your contractor or architect before ordering to ensure proper sizing.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued back to the original credit card used in the transaction.
